Abberation items on Extinction?

Hello,

I’ve recently bought the extinction DLC but not Abberation. Will I be able to make Abberation items in the Extinction Map, or do I have to buy both?

You can get select items from osd however I don’t think you can get them all, so trading might be required if you don’t want to buy the dlc then learn the engrams.

Yes you can make aberration stuff on Extinction. Theres the 3 crystal subsitutes (green from blue crystals around most areas, blue and red plus fungal wood from Wasteland trees) the only thing thats a pain is congealed gas, which you can get on the production wheel of a gacha

You can get congealed gas substitute from the sulphur pits

You can make everything from Aberration except the climbing pick as the fragmented green gems won’t allow it (I won’t go into reasons why), however, if you play official, you can only unlock the Aberration specific engrams when you transfer your character to that map. This is not an issue on unofficials.
