Rakkasan
A good 5 times, maybe 6, around the entire Island, underwater, searching high and low, trying to find a Tuso. Result? Not a one. I know they are there because there are plenty of tamed ones. I even have one I traded for. Now I want to tame one, and, well... I guess the Tuso community is on to me and my quest to rule the ocean, and they appear to have gone into hiding. Any advice, whatsoever, on finding a Tuso (I'm on PvE, Easy, btw) would be most, most welcome. Thank you. - Rakkasan
qdzs1
I found two (not at the same time) in the corner of the map by herbivore island, at mid to deep depths.
Bush84
When I first started the game I think I was killed by one. I was blind sided by something and thought I saw tentacles. This was before I knew the game had squids. Not sure if it was eels or not. If that was in fact not a squid then I’ve never seen one. Ever. I’ve circled the map a handful of times and meandered around enough to count as circling a bunch more. For some reason I’ve just not seen them. I don’t however spend a huge amount of time in the ocean but I do feel confident down there.
Sepultura
On Pvx, single player and pvp. They spawn between green obi and red obi. However sometimes they will swim to herb. Very easy tame. Id like to know if there is any saddles dropped in mobile. I wish haven't seen yet.
Mattildagk
I've been grabbed twice by Tusos while mining oil at the southern pillars along its coast.
