Extinction queue not working

Now I understand everyone wants to play extinction. But here’s the thing... the queue doesn’t work. I’ve been queued for 3 hours and the server pop has dropped below 70 plenty of times yet not once has the game allowed me to join. Earlier however when there was only 60 people on it joined just fine. Yet if the server has 68 or 69 out of 70 players on I cannot join and I get put into a queue. I’ve restarted the game and my Xbox too many times to count so if you tell me to do that I will handcuff you to a chair.
