Who the crap decided to give the Mek and the Enforcer a stamina-stat? Robots don't have stamina. Or was it a mistake and somebody forgot to remove it? You could stretch it and say stamina is heat buildup and you need to let your robot cool down every so often. I don't think its really necessary for balance though, because enforcers are absolute garbage for their stats. extremely low hp, but also no damage reduction and no way to rapidly recover health.
