I have it when my ark is on my old HDD, on my new one it runs perferctly. I have an 1060 6G , 8GB ram and I3 8350k and im running this DLC perfect. At least 70-80 fps some places even above a 100. Ive got 1060 6gb and i3 both overclocked, and i run constant 50-80 fps with high/epic settings and with most of the check box settings enabled.
