On map or not Non-corrupted Gigas spawn near the snow zone on the outskirts of the bubble that you can tame. There are tons of corrupted Gigas in the northern part of the map, but they can’t be tamed and are not nearly as dangerous since they don’t cause bleed, high level imprinted rexes can kill corrupted Gigas semi safely.
