i think my client side of the game is bugged or something

hello everyone, i need help

let me explain, 12 hours ago when i was in a server, and we going to use the mortar and pestal as a example here.

once u unlocked or learned the engram from ur engram list, it will appear in the mortat and pestal , Spark Powder for example, i log in today and i have the engrams learned but the blueprints is not appearing in the mortar and pestal

 

i have tried replacing them or crafting new ones from my inventory, and replacing them

i have tried single player mode, another server, hell i even went on a offical server for a test, i am still gettin the same thing happeneing,

things i have tried

veriftyed game cache via steam- found a few files either messed up or not there , so steam repaired that

i restarted the main pc,

i cleared the download cache in steam,

i have even tried creating a new char aswell ,

 

still getting the same like missing learned blue print

 

also i will mention i have also tried, on diffeerent maps, like the centre, the island still getting it,

 

can anyone help as i am at a lost of what to do
