Looking for Excellent Prim+ Builders Xbox RPG Unofficial Server

I'm looking for skilled prim+ builders to settle my Ragnarok server.  The server has modest boosts to make solo farming/building achievable but it's balanced out by no flyers (including dragons and griffins) OR large carnivores such as rexes or gigas.  With this configuration every tame is essential to your resourcing and survival.  Drops are hard to get without flyers but there are a few land tames that can make it possible.  The server is PVP but it has offline protection. 

Currently I'm building out a public space for server events and have so far finished a tavern, graveyard, jousting arena and a small drunk boxing/dodo fighting amphitheater as well as a few shops.  I have plans for an archery tournament arena, animal trading/auction house, shoulder mount pet shop and blacksmith amongst other ideas.  

I'm looking for other players who enjoy the extra's prim+ offers builders plus the possibilities for a social RPG community within the server to join me in my efforts to colonise this map.  My hope is that they will create other outposts and towns for trades across the map.  Perhaps someone will create a dwarf town, specialising in amor and weapon trades, within some mountain caves or buried in the snow and you can only join their colony if your character is a midget.  Maybe someone will create a pirate themed marina town somewhere out in the middle of the vast ocean where spies, thugs for hire and other such miscreants can hang about, drinking themselves into a coma.  Or a sahara themed oasis hidden in the desert specialising in breeding/selling mantis or other animals from that biome.  Perhaps someone will build out in the blue ob ruins a witchdoctors tavern that specialises in hand crafted recipes.  Maybe your tribe will be nomads or wandering traders collecting the drops for trade along with other difficult resources such as coal, oil or crystal.  Perhaps your tribe will be lawmen building out a jail or prison, or bounty hunters collecting thieves or others for a reward or still yet a pack of bandits that roams the map for prey and tries to outsmart the law.

With no flyers traveling across the map can take time.  Because you can't tame larger carnivores getting resources and bringing them back can be very tricky and you need to think a bit more about how you proceed.  Having multiple people stationed in these outposts across the map can create a very enriched server RPG community for trading and interaction.

I'm hoping I will find talented builders who are interested in carving out their piece of land and putting a creative character spin on the server.  When people have completed their builds I'll accept pictures and coordinates and will create a Facebook group/page with a map and description of what can be found by new explorers and then I will push hard to advertise the server to bring in new players.
