Reduced transfert timer 
- Foundations, gates, pillars and cliff platforms receive 6x damage if 30 or more of the entity are in a 50m area
- Level 130 and above can consume unlimited mindwipe tonic
- Re-balanced speed gained per player level up
- Fixed a Grappling Hook usage, can not longer overweight a dino or player
- Fixed the cliff platform area build
- Fixed cliff platform receiving the supposed damage from explosive.
- Element cost in Tek structure
- Changed Manticore Tribute cost to require 10 wyvern talons per type at easy, 25 at normal and 50 at hard
- Manticore bosses now yield less Element (20, 50, and 100 for Easy, Medium and Hard respectively)
- Prevented Quetz, Paracer, Plesio and Mosa from moving when C4 is attached to platform structures
- Fixed grappling hook exploit
- Fixed multiple exploits that allowed players to get through the map/mesh
- Major decrease to saddle armor value for tank dinos (i.e. Turtle, Bronto, Paracer, Trike, Diplo)
- Reduced health scaling per added tame level of Paraceratherium and Brontos
- Reduced base HP of Paraceratherium and Brontos by 20%
- Reduced Paraceratherium resistance to bullets to 20%
- Bronto's and Paracer's breeding time have increased by 50% (equivalent to Quetz)
- Fixed a Bee Hive exploit
- Artifact respawn timer set to 90 minutes
- Artifact no longer transferable
- Players can no longer build in the caves
- Fixed Element exploit on Aberration and Scorched Earth
- Flyers now take 6x damage from bullets and ranged projectiles rather than 4x

The Devs hate flyers, the no building in caves should’ve be in PVP forever ago, being able to glitch under the map has been promised to be fixed for ongoing 3 years I don’t think it will happen. Really don’t like the idea of foundations and whatever taking increased damage the more you have in an area, people grind their butts off in this game just for the devs to make it easier to raid. I understand. they’re trying to deal with alpha tribes. but alphas are big because they have a lot of people who are dedicated, just because you make it a little easier to raid them doesn’t mean anything. The only way I, myself, would be comfortable with that change is if they made it 2x harvesting all the time on all official servers.

Seems to me ark has grown out of what can be implemented. You be lucky if you can save the game progress at all.

Oh, if the game crash much set dino count to 0.5 and it crash less due to few dinos. Still you crash here and there regardless.

I had much hope for this update that we just had but WC managed to make it worse.

Still the cone of silence and all these problems that would make all other software producer's scared.

ARK is surviving.

Not bad. Might be fine.

none of these changes will come until after Extinction and sometime before full optimization, Dynamic Length Bridges and TLC #3
