Best Cave Base Defense?

Hello guys im new to Ark. I am playing on Ragnarock. And currently have take over a cave. What is the best base defense? Best dinos, walls, spikes, turrets, ect.... and advice will help

Hi i know that stegos with saddles help to tank turrets and tek wals are the best defence but i recomend metal wals if you cant afort tek a rex is good to use in a raid also use a rocket lounger for destroying the wals tek armor is best but you can olso use riot and flak armor keep calm and play ark

Unless you can thoughtfully array 100 Heavies, I would NOT build in a cave.

If you do insist, I would run to Aberration for Blue Gems and build in the air, with as little as possible on ground level. I would also try and mesh your own cave in single player, just to see if there are any bad angles they can cheat you on. Not sure what cave you are talking about, but some are extremely vulnerable to mesh exploits. Beware!

Hi there, are u playing official or unofficial?

Remember that the damage in caves is increased, if you built inside make sure you have really good defenses. Rock golem, T-rex, ascendant saddles..

Of course TEK structures are the best, but if you cant afford them try to use metal walls.

And like the other guy said before, at least 50 Heavy turrets.

If you have rock golems, and can fit in the cave, I'd put them on turret mode. It'll help a lotttttt with defence. Only one way in, turrets shooting you, rocks in your face.
