Bubba42
Just curious if this ini file is actually legal.
TinyHippo
Why would you not be allowed to use a .ini configuration? If you have the game, you can set the .ini however you want, including to what someone else has.

Nah, there is some ways to change your ini so you can see trees as just pylons, no fog, rain, sandstorm or heatstroke visual impairing effect and mostly see through walls and see where are the containers, generators, players... All that from the .ini Which WC reacted to by adding it to the bannable offense.

zeroBurnAcidCool
So does battle eye pick up on that? asking cause i am wondering if this is where all the lag and boots come from... why would people need to use that on pve? pvp sure it makes sense.. pve it doesn't. You want to see the enemy, on pve the only enemy you have is the environment, unless you are a little extra in the head.
Zederia
it's not the game inis that are the problem, the inis in question are the ones in the SYSTEM folders (the engine ones)
TripleBox
Battleye should detect changes to the ini files and give people the ban hammer who modify them like in PUBG.
