Dinos' stats on mobile

I'm decided to start experimenting with breeding and I'm quite puzzled by the base stats of my first specimen.

I've tamed a ptera: here below the stats before and after taming with kibble.

lv 25 -> 37

health 252 -> 336.3

stamina 330 -> 450

oxygen 255 -> 255

food 1800 -> 2069.6

weight 162 -> 171

melee 120 -> 218

speed 100 ->136.5

I've inputted the stats before taming in the dododex calculator and I get a warning of stats too high for the level of the specimen (total points 1+24+7+5+17+4+0=58). How is this possible?

The ptera is one I killed as a wild one and resurrected using a platform.

Also, if I killed this one and resurrected it with the implant and tamed again, would the increases due to taming effectiveness be allocated in the same way? I like the original stats but I don't like how a lot of points went into melee as I'm mostly interested in weight, stamina and speed.

edit:

my second ptera is:

lv 27 -> 40

health 420 -> 420.3

stamina 390 -> 480

oxygen 210 -> 240

food 1440 -> 2207

weight 171 -> 174

melee 115 -> 218

speed 100 ->136.5

this one was even better before taming (both are females) but apparently wasted most of her points into food. Again, stats appears better than they should according to dododex (tot points 5+32+4+2+21+3=67). What am I misunderstanding??
