Fuzzyone
Is this still a thing that we can look forward to? or has it been tossed in the proverbial trash bin next to "playing as the dinos"?
Cowgirl
I haven't heard a word about it from the devs in months.

ChargingParacerParacer
The reworked kibble recipes have been stored on the dynamic length bridges, being guarded by flyers that are actually worth having.

Do you think those fliers could be lured with tacos?
SS5DEJAN
So their goal is to remove having to tame a bunch of dinos for kibble farms right? I wonder what they could do without getting rid of eggs and not having to tame a lot of dinos.

Plenty of things they could do to make more recipes, first off use any eggs, that way a few dodo's will be enough to supply a kibble farm, then add named meats and more ingredients, shouldn't be too hard for them to do, especially if they "borrow" everything from Primitive Plus, there's plenty of different ingredients and recipes in there that would make it fairly easy for them to do, they just need to be a bit more creative about things as the current system is mind numbing at times, would rather have to go out and look for specific plants to harvest instead of just hitting any random bush and getting a selection of berries and seeds. MandaBear
Just now, SS5DEJAN said: But then what use would all the other eggs have? I'm guessing It would make eggs similar to the taming effectiveness of oviraptors and snakes where the bigger the egg, the better kibble it will make. Not much but at the same time you wouldn't have to have loads of dinos sat about that serve no purpose other than laying eggs and require you to be in render distance to actually get them to lay them. The whole kibble and imprinting system feels like classic WC, come up with a great idea, put a simple system in as a placeholder then 2 years down the line fail to build upon it, as it is it's so simplistic and pretty mind numbing once you have everything set up as it's more a waiting simulator, make the kibble recipes more complex but without the need for specific eggs, plants drop specific berries/veggies/seeds, dinos have named meat as a rare drop, so for instance rexes might like bronto ass kibble, a well balanced combination of egg, different vegetables and prime bronto ass, now you have to go out and hunt brontos hoping they drop some ass meat then get it back to base and cooked before it spoils. Same goes for imprinting, Primitive Plus has a few different things you could make and use as treats for a baby dino, cake, biscuits, pizza, or wine, beer, mead and cigs if you have a delinquent adolescent ?
