Rock Drakes and Wyvrens level 39,43 single player crystal isles

So I am playing Singleplayer on the crystal isles map! I have no idea what my game.ini settings are but I don’t have it overrides in my settings but instead used the in game button to do so which set it up. However I notice most other Dino’s are in the 35, 50 etc but when it comes to rock drakes or wyvrens the levels are all over the place.

 

I tried a wild Dino wipe which I have used many many times but for some reason didn’t work this time. But I only just started the map tonight so really it wasn’t necessary anyway. However I found the rock drakes nests and wyvrens nests but egg levels aren’t going with the override.

As said the are weird levels like level 13 or 39 or 43! I only saw one level 50 egg which should be amounts of 5’s for all eggs. Is this a bug or what’s happening? 

Just curious I am not playing but more doing parts of the map in and exploration video. Just was curious that’s all.
