Higher level spawns

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but is there a way to edit the .ini on private island servers to promote more high level spawns like in Ragnarok? I currently play with my max dinos at 150 but finding anything close to that level is a pain and takes a huge amount of time. I have been looking for decent yutyrannus to breed for the boss fights and the highest I have found is level 80, despite constant killing and allowing time to respawn.

The Island and Ragnarok both have a very different level distribution hence the rarity of level 150 spawns

As for increasing the max, I believe you gotta play with both the difficulty and the offset.

The better higher level spawns are built into the Ragnarok map.

For singleplayer this can be done by simply raising the difficulty setting. I'm not familiar with the server options you have on your end with a private server but if you have access to the difficulty slider I would start there.

This just increase the max level. There isn't a setting for increased high level spawns.

Ahh your absolutely correct I misunderstood the question. My mistake ?
