I don't play on any pvp server that is actively policed because of it. pvp is supposed to be the policing not admin commands. I was on a server once and the admin suddenly set alot of rules like "no attacking dinos on passive" "no attacking people this much of a different level than you" I decided not to play but another player murdered the entire server in like 4 hours and was banned @Arkasaurio your post kind of explained why the type of server you are looking for isn't popular. Most people who want to keep their things tend to play on pve, most PVPers accept that there will be constant churn to their possessions. I am sorry you haven't been able to find what you are looking for. Look at the time stamps of the people you tagged.
