Question for the Devs.

Hello WC-developers.

The purpose of this thread is getting a clear answer on the future of Ark: Survival of The Fittest. I know that part of the development team have been very clear in saying that there are no plans for SoTF at present. For instance take the quote below given by Jen  during the livestream preluding the extinction trailer reveal.

So now you might ask how you aren’t clear in your messaging?

Well according to JadePlayGames (Youtube-link) in that same livestream, WC.Ced was hinting that SoTF was going to be revamped. Furthermore an article posted on the SoTF forums (you can find the link for that article at the buttom of this post) from GDC stated that Snail Games were currently working on or had plans to implement ARK: SoTF in their ARK: Park projects.

Furthermore recently I was made aware that if you check steams back-end via steamdb (link at the bottom, you can’t see that ARK: SoTF had no changes for at least 3 months, until 6 days ago when all of a sudden changes are several every day. While I do know these number changes doesn’t have to mean anything the fact they start changing along with the other stuff is making it hard to believe your messaging despite the wording seemingly clear.

Question is why don’t you just either say Snail is working on it if that indeed is the case, or delete the game/make it unplayable from steam if you legit have no plans for it. There’s currently too much gossip/evidence towards something being done with the project that Jat or Jen repeatedly saying they aren’t working on it won’t cut it.
