On our ab server we have opened transfers to all dino's but have nerfed the mess out of all non aberrant dinos with the exception of a few. The tappy is one of the one's we didn't nerf for the purpose of personal fliers. We forgot about the tek tappy saddle and have had a few bases raided with it.
