Primitive Plus thru Play Anywhere

I have Ark on my computer via Xbox Play anywhere. Does anyone know if Primitive Plus is supported thru this.  I've tried to play it in single player to check it out multiple times but it's always the standard game. I deleted all my single player games and it still won't show the primitive plus stuff.  Any help would be appreciated.
