We are 4 member tribe so maybe just take one spare for each, we have good theris (50 health, 51 dmg) so maybe that could be enough with cakes? You can fit more than 10 people in.... everyone commenting otherwise is ignorant. I believe unlimited people. I was in a run just this past Saturday with 31 people on rexs. All except one who died in the elevator somehow were able to get up to the overseer, kill it, and ascend.
