So whats yalls favorite armor in the game 

Mine is ghillie because it is cool like keeps you not hot easy to hide from big tribes because i a m small   so whats yalls

Flak, Flak and more Flak.

Easiest to make/highest armor and durability for the material costs.

I live deep in the snow so no one can find me, therefore Fur. It has the second highest protection and it provides a lot of warmth. I looted an ascendant chest piece so that’s the only fur I need. Rest is flak.

Only problem with fur is weight. 40 pounds or something for a full set.

Fur is my favorite looking, if i dont need fur ill usually rock some good hide. Also, clith chest makes your guy look like a 50s tough guy.. so thats cool

I don't know which I like better Ghillie or SE Desert Armor, Ghillie is more useful when working with bees tho.

I like fur and desert gear.. Combination of both.. Full desert gear + fur chest piece.. For aesthetics...

 

If i was going for function.. I would pick flak with a high quality fur chest...

 

I dont really like chitin or ghillie.. Chitin is cheap and easy to get so thats nice.. And the ghillie is necessary to not spook some dinos.. I dont like them cause when i try and paint them the undercolors bleed through..

I go back and forth between flak and ghilli, if I could wear flak all the time I would but it's too hot in my base areas.

I normally wear flak, you can tank a hella lot of hits but dyed desert cloth is probably the coolest looking

Desert cloth on SE, on the other servers I absolutely love riot. It's expensive af to make and repair and sometimes you get cooked in it, but for the high armor and torpor resistance I love it on the other maps. Plus it really looks cool

Love desert cloth for standard use, with matching outfits for jerboa/otter. If I need more armour usually I would go for flak (used to be my standard before desert cloth) but chitin has grown on me recently, especially when dyed. Never did get flak dyed to look good.

Flak skinned to manticore, looks like some bad grass skyrim armor with the protection to go with it.  Heat not a problem because, hello otters = Ghillie+fur useless.  Not to mention its rather useful ability i wont name because i know itll get patch(the otter not the armor)

Flak everyday for me , wish i can use it where it's hot , and the desert armor is nice too if you put some color on it

looks I'm a weirdo here because on my pve server I always wear green or orange colored riot gear and I never saw anyone else in riot.

also I think mix of hide chest and riot pants (especially blue colored ones) and boots looks good on female survivors.

for boss and cave runs I use orange colored set of flak.

I mostly use Ghillie. It looks good and i am out taming a large majority of the time so it just makes good sense to have that on. 

I am in the south close to the desert on Ragnarok so during baby stage when I am bouncing back and forth hand feeding, I prefer desert to keep my water from depleting too fast. 

For boss fights and cave runs I prefer riot. I know it's more expensive than flak but it's stronger and I grab mostly pre-made pieces from the desert drops so not really costing me much at all.

Most of the time I run around in Flak but if I'm not outside my base I'll be running around in the desert. Flak just doesn't feel right to be wearing inside for me.

Flak armor all the way ! Thermal protection doesn't really matter in the short run, but you get A LOT of armor. And of course - it easy and cheap to repair.

It use to be hide till I gave Flak a try so now flak is my favorite and I wear it everywhere but in the snow. I use to run around on rag with good flak, a good metal shield, and decent sword and shotgun and take out rexes and anything else without losing much hp.  I usually have a lot of fortitude so the heat doesn't bother me too much.

Unless I’m raiding, I almost never wear one particular set of armor. Flak and ghilie are my go-to combo, usually with a high-level flak chestpiece and high-level ghilie pants ?

Tek tier or desert cloth on my ragnarok server, hazmat when I am dwelling the depths of aberration.

Riot armor, I had to use this everyday to stop high level trolls with high quality clubs,Before the clubs got balanced with the torpor resistance was added to flak.

I still hate the torpor mechanic.

Riot only in chief and caves. I do not wear other armor during the day

I do the same  Except ill use a mix of asc ghillie (for durability) and flak, unless i got some nice dura flak

 

Doing it with glider suit is so much fun. I cant wait for my no dinos playthrough and no fliers (next stages of my SP story)
