Belnick Posted April 7, 2018 Share Posted April 7, 2018 Send a request and as soon as you click send ticket you get "Belnick submitted this request, Status: Solved" happens every time. they have not contacted me, it is auto generated as solved as soon as you send a help ticket, website broken or intentionally because they dont care/have no time ? The reason the support team auto-solve the ticket with a generated response is a lot of the time a large majority of users questions/issues are solved with FAQs. If you still have a problem and your issue hasn't been solved, then just reply to that email and it will re-open the ticket. "happens every time". Perhaps providing a link to said FAQ while auto closing brand new tickets would be helpful and cause less strain on this overtaxed ticket system?
