ARK website broken ?

The support website is not broken. The reason the support team auto-solve the ticket with a generated response is a lot of the time a large majority of users questions/issues are solved with FAQs.

If you still have a problem and your issue hasn't been solved, then just reply to that email and it will re-open the ticket.

"happens every time". More than 1 ticket will just cause your ticket to be put further down the list. Please only submit 1 ticket for your issue.

Perhaps providing a link to said FAQ while auto closing brand new tickets would be helpful and cause less strain on this overtaxed ticket system?
