SLI_Fallen Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 Just playing on my own dedicated server with a few buddies. Sometimes we have a need to pause the game (someone gets a phone call..ect.) However, the command (in the wiki) SetGlobalPause <IsPaused> Does NOT (currently) work. Honestly, this is also the ONLY reason I play my own SP games on my PC and NOT on my server. EVO Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 have you tried "cheat SetGlobalPause 1"? if it is really not workin try to use the "playersonly" command.. this one worked like 3 days ago and if your playing with your friends that should be ok.. SLI_Fallen Posted April 7, 2018 Author Share Posted April 7, 2018 YES!!! admincheat setglobalpause 1/0 WORKS!! You have NO IDEA how long I have wanted server pausing to work! As I mentioned before, there are advantages to running your game on a dedicated server. (and once again I am faced with dwindling wild dinos in my SP game). That's a big one. Just my opinion, but I despise using cheat codes, but sometimes you have no choice but to "destroywilddinos" as there hardly are any after playing an SP game for some time. But I digress...
