Vaculity Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 There isn't... well, there is, but you need to take some up and downs. And even then you will still need to deal with these Electrophorus. FirstToFire Posted March 13, 2018 Share Posted March 13, 2018 I run in with 2 tek rifles for the water portion, and a shotgun for the land portion. If you also have a tek helmet, you can see them through the walls, which really nullifies their threat. But our first run was simple enough too, 1 man with a shotty, 2 crossbows and 500 arrows plus 3 sets of equips and med brew/stim, get your feet wet to aggro them and swim allllll the way back to land. If they catch you, whip out a sword and take it down. Hit the land and heal/replace equips. If you’re taking this method, definitely bring plenty of sleeping bags for check points. This was done on an official PvP server. I can assure you it is possible to place a tek transmitter inside the cave opening after you crouch down to get into the main part of the cave. Grimmore Posted March 23, 2018 Share Posted March 23, 2018 There is no easy way to do it best you can do is kill the water mobs from the shore by kiting them with rare flowers or diving and shooting with a decent crossbow. Brayn Posted April 10, 2018 Share Posted April 10, 2018 auto turret + battery under the water set to all targets for everything except the crabs, keeping moving it up with you. For normal crabs you can usually just let them grab you and pike. For high level or alpha crabs, tek rifle is best, followed by rockets, followed by just stone arrows (no dmg redux).
