Almiller1986 Posted February 25, 2018 Share Posted February 25, 2018 Hey all. I am attempting to host my own Xbox server via windows 10 for both Xbox and pc minus steam. I was wondering when I host my server via my pc how do I get others to join it other than by joining off the Xbox username. Also, when I go to bed and wake up sometimes my server is greyed out from joining from my username and I can not join it until I reset it on my pc. Is there any way to avoid this or has anyone had these issues before? Any info for this noob is appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TedyBearOfDeath Posted February 25, 2018 Share Posted February 25, 2018 I dont host via pc or xbox but this is a very common topic across these forums. Its not just you. The server lists have been unreliable since day 1 back in December of 2015 but the greyed out join issue is slightly newer maybe 3 or 4 months. As far as Ive seen there is no actually fix. The greyed out join might be an xbl thing. It might have something to do with your account becoming unjoinable after being idle for so long.
