      Note for players regarding Ascension (please open terminal/tribute before ascending)   02/04/18

      With the latest server update on PC (v276.493), if you're going to attempt ascension, before doing so please make sure you've opened a supply crate/transmitter/obelisk/ basically anything terminal/tribute inventories. It's a temp workaround to characters being lost when ascending whilst we're investigating character issues further.

      Official PC: Hard Turret Limit begins on 18th of February at 1PM ET   02/16/18

      On the 18th of February, at 1PM ET we will be enabling the hard turret limit on all PC Official Servers. This means that you will not be able to build over 100 turrets within a 10k unit radius. This will work on autoturrets, heavy turrets, tek turrets, plus plant turrets and is no longer map specific. The hard limit calculation is done on start-up, so if your turrets are ever over the limit, they will be randomly shut-off until you're under the limit. In order to restore shut off turrets, you must pick up any which exceed the number, as well as shut-off turrets and replace them in order for them to work.

Not sure what happened suddenly as was playing perfectly fine earlier this morning.  But suddenly starting now, on TheCenter60, my game will be fine for anywhere from 2-6 minutes, then just shuts down completely.  I am getting no error message, no crash message, etc...no message at all.  The game simply just shuts down.

Any suggestions on what could be the cause?  Have had no issues for a LONG time...then suddenly today I am getting this.  If there was an error/crash message, then I could research it, but I am getting nothing but just the game going *POOF*.  Thanks for any help.

Friend told me to go there...but I know nothing about this stuff.  LOL.  I see APPCRASH and such, but not sure how to read to determine what the cause is.  I even tried to just stay on my SE server, was logged in, didn't move while I searched for answers...game just shut off again.

I would try validating files within Steam, could be something is corrupt or out of date (which seems to happen to other people too, myself included from time to time).

Open Steam, go to Library, find ARK: Survival Evolved, right-click it and select Properties.

Click the LOCAL FILES tab and click the button "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...". It can take a bit to scan, and should show any issues and download/update.

If it finds and re-downloads anything, try the game after it's done and see if it's stable.

The error (as I read it) looks like it's crashing when trying to load or execute a blueprint, so it doesn't look like a memory or disk issue, or video card issue.

If that doesn't fix it, probably open a support ticket with WildCard for help. A full uninstall/reinstall might clear it up too (if you can handle the bandwidth for downloading it again).
