You're telling me that you now need 400GB? I think he's referring to when it installs-usually when the files uncompress, they can take up 100-200 gigs more than normal, before shrinking back down. In several cases it required/reserved up to 500Gb of disk space during the update process. So if it is quite possible if @Teodz havent updated for quite a while - Steam will pretty much: - download whole new version of the game client - backup old game files - unpack downloaded files (at this point of Steam update it reserves/allocates maximum amount of space) - check for new files' integrity and overwrite old files with new ones - remove downloaded files and backups In cases like this its actually much easier to just re-install game from scratch (dont forget to backup configs/survivor profiles and data).
