Yes yes I know, one more topic about this...but even with that many post about the low amount of servers did the devs do anything about it? 3 months passes and still no word about the Legacy servers that currently only have 2/70 players using it...if u dont have money to give us new servers just shut down those ones!!! u already did that before, so whats the problem now? if u dont give us more servers eventually all will be filled with people...

The new DLC just prelonged that...but if people keep playing on it like they have been doing, in 2/3 months or even less that that, it will already at tame cap....just syaing...that the death of ARK isnt due to broken stuff, due to lag issues, due to a bad game, due to a better game that got releases...but due to the lack of servers...

Thx for watching!

Hmm, last I checked there were hundreds if not thousands of unofficial servers with almost no one playing on them. There are plenty of servers :D

This isn't really a fair argument.  Unofficials get shut down at the whim of the host.  It's hard to justify the amount of hours ARK requires on a server that could vanish without any notice or warning.

Bottom line, the devs need to sit down and think long and hard about ways to fix the PvE game mode.  This may require hard limits on PvE building and taming, such as granting players only a finite amount of claim nodes, local permanent dino upload storage structures, kibble tree reworking or other radical changes.  As it stands now, PvE is an incredibly broken game-mode catering only to the few "PvE Alpha Tribes" (as if such a thing exists) that manage to claim land first and tame up the maximum amount of dinos allowed.

That being said, adding more servers is not the answer.  More servers alone, without fixing the core, underlying issues, will just run into the same problems on PvE that currently exist.

You do realise that renting a cluster with friends is an option?

If a few people chip in the cost is minimal

You mean just like the legacy servers that got shut down? Yeah, Unofficial looks like way worse of an option.
