Some tribes however don't want to play ball , they don' want to share power they want to be alpha and rule with an iron fist . So my question is how do you spot one of these tribes from your average friendly tribe that will happily be a part of an alliance and just wants to play and build ? 1. There are 30 people in the tribe but only the leader ever speaks In chat . This is so the rest of the server doesn't see how many of the There are and realise the threat before they get too big. Always a sign that they are planning something. Once all the other strong tribes are wiped you know everyone of them is going to be in chat being cheeky to the small tribes , lording it over everyone like they can't be touched . 2. Cheeky in chat . They don't like to play ball and go along with server rules. If the alpha says no raiding they come out with comments like why we on PvP server then etc. They never back down when confronted and will be openly defiant when challenged , this is because they are used to being top dog and don' know how to play nice. 3. The way they build and tame . Like for example aberration just released most tribes are taming crabs and looking for drake eggs etc exploring the map. These hostile tribes are busy taming a stego army and building turret boxes. No interest in new content as they are planning on farming it after the server is theirs 4. No wish to integrate . Don't make alliances or friends as they feel better than everyone else like they don't need anyone . 5. Ranking system when they first start. Why is a tribe with nothing that all started together ranking their players ? Because they are used to it on their other server , have a huge tribe and don't even trust all their own members. They may have nothing now but are planning on having everything so make the ranking system. These are just a few signs I can think of feel free to add a few more so we can all learn to spot these server ruining tribes. Cancer tribes like this need to be wiped the moment they are spotted on a server , don't even let them get a foothold or they will make the server unplayable for everyone else . You disqualify yourself using words like that. pvp is player vs player. You build on a pvp server. Be ready for a fight. I got wiped this night on our pvp server. No complaining just rebuild and wipe them! The servers aint meant to be one big pve party. Servers like that never let new players build up. And are mostly wrong doing themselves. If you are build on an official pvp server and you know the people in your server its easy to protect eachother and make sure fresh spawns get kicked from the server. On most servers not really because megas and alphas create new characters on servers to scout so they don't have to risk losing their main character to transferring. It does suck for the noobs but from the tribes perspective its a huge risk, be nice and help the noob who could maybe one day become good enough to join the tribe. Or it could be an alpha tribe member who figures out where your base is and can plan under your noses, then bring his tribe to wipe you. It is a huge risk on the tribes behalf.
