Hiding Structure Based Engrams?

I know you can hide Engrams that you can learn via your Engram List while leveling, preventing players from learning the Engram and ergo crafting and using these items as a result.

What I'd like to know is if it's possible to hide/block Engrams such as "Prime Meat Jerky" that are part of a structure and already auto-learned by the player.
