Linux dedicated server crashes during exit

Since the release of Abberation, my dedicated server crashes on exit.  This appears to be while saving the world, as it leaves behind (for example) a Ragnarok.tmp file where the Ragnarok.ark file used to be.  This happens without mods, and whether I exit the server via an rcon "doexit" or sending a shutdown signal.  It does not happen when sending an rcon "saveworld' however.

The server is running in a Debian Jessie based docker image, and I've been using it for some time now.  I did try re-downloading the server, but this did not fix the crash.
