It's been like this for years while they've been in early access. Sloppy management tbh. They really need to invest just a fraction of the money they make from these paid DLCs into hiring proper product managers to ensure they can get their releases out on time. These delays are the norm with this dev. team... not the exception. I apologize for being blunt, but as a consumer, you can really only give so many passes to a company that repeatedly fumbles with their schedules.
