PuffyPony
Get a couple of Diplodocus since they're fairly easy tames, breed them out and store the fertilized eggs somewhere, then use them to tame a bunch of lower level Titanoboas. Combo with an Oviraptor like Cripling said, and you've got yourself some hot Titanoboa egg action

Vishimtar
Crappy wyvern eggs during 2x. 4 per snake.

Raptor eggs are just as efficient, and they're easier to obtain. Trike, Kentro, and Stego eggs are even better, and still pretty easy to get. Overall, I think the most efficient is Diplodocus, though, because they're easy easy tames, and if you have a Preserving Bin or Fridge, you can breed out a bunch of eggs in advanced and power through the snake tames when 2x rolls around. Even without the fridge, just get 3-4 females and one dude, and you're pretty well set.
