transferring to/from procedurals

hey all, so I know it's impossible to kill bosses and therefore unlock tekgrams on procedural map characters, but you can of course use cheats (cheat unlockengram "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/CoreBlueprints/Items/Structures/Misc/PrimalItemStructure_TekTransmitter.PrimalItemStructure_TekTransmitter'") to unlock and use a transmitter. and, of course, after having done that I realise the transmitter doesn't actually function (has no items or creatures in it, and uploading items or creatures to it will not actually put them in actual obelisks on actual premade maps). is there a particular reason for this? does anyone know of a mod to fix it and enable transfers properly?

Single player or on dedicated server?

We had a procedural map in our cluster and transfers via drops worked just like on the other maps.
