Crows
Since when did this nerf come in? Whenever I whip an anky who is full of metal, the anky just rubberbands and goes nowhere no matter what terrain he's on, from ontop of the quetz metal platform to the ground. I can never whip the anky up the quetz ramp anymore.
GobboKirk
Wouldn't call it a nerf, more like a fix, but if true I am sure going to miss that option. Lets hope something is wrong on your end
Olivar
I don't remember anything about that. I think you just got lucky it worked, as whipping dino's up the ramp?

Crows
Then again, the last time it worked quite flawlessly was on legacy servers. Maybe it doesn't work as well on the new servers, I suppose. Maybe it's just our servers too... official server which lags every day, so it wouldn't surprise me lol. GobboKirk
Lag could definitely be the cause yeah. I run my own for a few friends so if the mechanic is changed it should have changed there as well.
Brayn
U could never whip something UP a ramp or slope or up over anything. There's a trick tho. Whip the anky and mount it before it rubberbands back. You should end up mounting it where you saw it and avoid the rubberband back.
Paroxyde
You can't whip anything up ramps anymore, filled or not. That was at least like 1-2 months ago (when I restarted playing).
Volunteer Moderator ThzNutz Posted November 20, 2017 Volunteer Moderator Share Posted November 20, 2017 depends on the ramp then maybe? 2 weeks ago i whipped ankys up the ramp to our indy forge on our SE server. ramp is only one wall high, so dont know if that means anything. as far as general whipping, i only notice the banding thing if the anky gets too close to another critter. MandaBear
Was farming just this morning and whipping the anky off of the ramp just fine. The only time I notice it rubber banding is when it hits an obstacle.
Crows
Hmmmm thanks then peeps. Mixed replies, I don't know what's going on I've resorted to picking up the anky with the quetz and dropping him ontop of metal instead. Oh well, this is what I get for solo running when my tribemember isn't on.
