I think they are all hands on deck trying to get Aberration out before Xmas. The dino TLC, kibble rework and S+ implementation are "supposed" to be the next things on their list afterwards. They are going to add many structures and some features from S+ to Ark. Since they gave no time line for when that will happen, they are technically still on schedule. They are planning to revisit some of the "older" dinos and will be potentially updating their looks, stats, abilities etc. This is to bring them into line with the quality of the dinos that were added to the game later in development. I just wanted to add a clarification that it's unlikely they'll add the full S+. They have stated that they're in the process of deciding what to put in, which indicates to me that not all of it will be included.
