Hibernation vs Stasis

Hi, idk what the difference is between these, but I would like to know for my single player world. First, has hibernation been implemented into official servers, or is it only a single player mechanic? What is the difference between them? Does hibernation decrease spawns? Do dinos remain mobile and active when out of view with either of these settings on single player? Do dinos out of sight go into stasis on official servers? Thanks for any information you can provide me with, as I like to play with the exact same settings as official servers on my single player worlds.

Funny how threads like these get no attention but theres pages on threads like 'Ark 2??' 'Ark is a good game but...' etc.
