There aren't any plans to remove or change it, currently. I am super happy that duping is gone and I rather deal with these upload timers. But a better solution is welcome. Or at least change the timer itself to something like max 15 minutes. Having to wait 30+ minutes just to be able to tranfser stuff is way to long. It takes a while to get all the gear together, but having to wait 35 minutes because you were a bit to slow is awful. Everything takes so much time already in this game.
