Make sure your friend goes on the server web interface, stops the server (waits 3-5 mins after so not to lose any changes to the config override), then set the admin password, save, and restart the server. Then when you press LB+RB+X+Y, enter the admin password to request admin, and away you go. You must request admin every session as it’s not possible to set admins on the server for Xbox at this time.
