Did you get the Halloween event working on a dedicated server?

Is there anyone here who got the Halloween event working on a dedicated server? If so - what did you do?

I run a dedicated server on my own computer, I start it from a bat script (and not SteamCMD), but can't seem to see any of the Halloween effects.

The bat file looks like this:

start ShooterGameServer.exe TheIsland?listen?Port=XXXX?QueryPort=XXXXX?MaxPlayers=XX?RCONEnabled=True -noBattlEye -beta halloween
