How to unlock all tekgrams on 1 map?

So we're running on a poopty CPU and can't possibly run 4 maps just for the players to get tekgrams.

Is it possible to change the tekgram unlocks on bosses like with DinoDropInventoryComponent that we use to change boss-loot (increased element)?

Open to all and any suggestions on how to give players the possibility to unlock all tek engrams without me being an active admin. :)
