Hey I just got my first Wyverns in single player, and I ponder about a few things:

1. I know fire wyverns are immune to fire, does this count for all wyverns? Can Lightning not hurt Lightning wyverns and so on?

2. Which Wyvern is best for hunting other Wyverns?

3. What is the best tactic for Alpha Wyvern and Alpha deathworm? I've not dealt with one yet but I'd like to be prepared. Assume I don't want to spend a lot of resources for turrents and cannons.

4. Are Wyverns supposed to have their speed stuck at 100%? I thought when you tamed a flyer it always had 136% speed, but both my Wyverns have 100% speed. Is that normal?

5.(Not wyvern related but whatever) Is it an effective way to deal with Rock Elemental is to tame your own and have it deal with them? If they're a higher level of course.

Any advice in general with wyverns and their uses would be appreciated.

Right now I've got a Lightning Wyvern I plan to use for fighting and a Fire Wyvern I plan to use for transport.

1- Correct
2- Lightning or Fire. Lightning takes a little more aiming but does more damage
3- Fight Alpha Wyverns with a Fire Wyvern. I wouldn't use a Wyvern against a Deathworm because of the lack of armor, but if I had to choose one, I'd use Lightning
4- Yes
5- Not really sure, but I'd just use explosives and avoid them otherwise

Each element is immune to it's counterparts elemental attacks.

All Alpha Wyvern's are Fire Wyvern's which is why Fire Wyvern's are most sought after when considering it to be used against them.

I normally take off if I am on a different elemental wyvern than the one coming after me. We use Giga's to take down Wyvern's.

We also use Giga's for Deathworm and Golem's.

Golem's have base HP of 25k, 120 dmg for punch, 300 dmg for rock throw. That's at level 1. Check out Ark Wiki page to see how they possibly increase per level. https://ark.gamepedia.com/Rock_Elemental I avoid them if on a Wyvern as they take a 50% reduction in damage from Dino's.

Alpha Deathworms and even Deathworms are fierce, 27k hp, 500 dmg. https://ark.gamepedia.com/Alpha_Deathworm . You can do Deathworms https://ark.gamepedia.com/Deathworm by landing and walking backwards but they are still gonna hurt you. I'd again probably avoid Alpha Deathworms and use top level and good saddled Rex's as well as Giga's and bug buffed high hp/dmg Megatheriums.

edit: Re-read your last question and no. Like a Giga, Rock elemental's get a serious decrease in their stats after being tamed. (-22,000 to HP). So even a 150 tame that say has 30 points put into it's HP will go from 34,375 HP to 12,375 HP after you tame it.
