Enjoy =) This is correct as the wiki describes how to spawn it. Start the heat wave, spawn, tame, and turn off the heat wave. I thought mine would disappear once I turned off the heat wave, but it didn't. I also thought (before it was released) that it wasn't going to be rideable, but I can ride it fine and no saddle is required. It does not land and looks like an Argy on fire, pretty cool. I haven't played with it much, I just didn't feel like going through all the trouble of collecting some of these new creatures.
