There are few players on SE servers and that means less competition for eggs but it is the harder raise as well so the answer to the question you asked is it depends on play style. You need milk to imprint. Non-imprinted Wyvern's on PvP will get decimated and they won't fair too well against high level alpha Wyvern's or even Deathworms on PvE. I guess it really depends on what you are using them for. if it's just to have Wyvern's sure use that method but if you want to actually use them for functionality imprint them.
