Does raising a baby dino require tribemates or else it dies?

So basically do you need more than 1 person to raise it? Because it seems like you would have to be on 24 hours a day or else it will starve since it eats extremely fast.

 

Or am i missing something here?

It takes time you might need another friend to keep it alive

If you have a good timemanagement you can raise them alone.

Just farm enough food before and dont hatch the egg 5mins before you logg off

Depending on what you're raising. 

 

It takes several hours on official to incubate then you have to continuously hand feed until it reaches juvenile. 

 

For juvenile, have a couple troughs filled with cooked meat, be sure to check back whenever you can to make sure they still have enough food. 

 

Its possible to raise on you're own as long as you're properly prepared. 

 

I always use cooked meat because it lasts 30 hours before spoiling. 

 

However I also breed on a 10x maturation server. With that in mind, a quetzal takes 24 hours on my server. 

 

So it's going to be a long stretch for whatever it is you're breeding.
