My tribemates and I are in the same predicament. We currently play on the PS4 and have an unofficial hosted through Nitrado. Will not download to any other map other than the SE map it was spawned on. Spawn command also does not work for Phoenix on any map other than SE. We have troubleshooted the issue several ways and do not have an issue downloading any other dinos from the OB Now, I have seen a few users post success being able to transfer to other maps than SE on PC. However, friends of mine on PC state otherwise.
