Transfering from Island to Ragnarok?

Has transfering from servers such as going from Island to Ragnarok on officials been disabled for a month to allow players to build up?

Nope been transferring fine including Dino's but what's with the less engram's if you start fresh on rag when you can just transfer from island and use anything?

There’s not fewer engrams on Ragnarok.

Ragnarok has the island engrams and scorched earth engrams, the only engrams it doesnt' have is primitive plus, but then again you need to switch to primitive plus to play/use those engrams.
