But they've set this up so that people get frustrated with the lack of support for other things and quit the 'old' servers so they can then cut them off, saving them time and money. Really bloody Annoying. "Thanks for your money and support over the last two years, but you're not worth the effort anymore". People have spent a lot of time on this game setting themselves up and their reward for giving feedback and giving wc the chance to test their game is no support and a big screw you.
