Now once the game launches in a few weeks should they do it again your frustration will be completely justified. Also, will we still get the files to rehost? I rather like my base on the two servers about to be destroyed in a week. This pretty much for me. Call me one of the silent ones for most of the time, apart from one or two topics, I would have defended the devs through thick and thin. But not this time, I cant get behind this one, I cant help but feel this is the wrong decision and that they will lose more players than they will gain, but only time will tell. Just wipe everyone and lets start over, not let's wipe a third of the servers and force them into already over populated servers and create chaos. A lot of people have seen this coming for a long time. All have been marked as idiots that don't know what thay are talking about. You know what, they where right. It all comes down to money. And honestly, why run a business if you cant make money? "Legacy" players doesnt provide income... So I suggest you all invade new servers and ruin them to. Me... So you start playing and working your way through the first few levels trying to get by and a player so far above you comes along and kills you. no reason you have no resorces that they could possible want or need. you re sporn and make your way back to the area only to bill killed by someone else. the players are like 60lvl above the people in the area they are just coming along and killing for the sake of it. in the end i turn it off and go to a new game which really annoyes me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the answer is 4 there is a problem somewhere. Meanwhile if 1 apple goes rotten, you need to remove that apple before it spoils the other apples. It's an early access game. They told you that before you bought it. They told everybody that. They aren't doing all the work they are doing so rotten apples have a home all to themselves, and their wormy friends. My server has active players, and they are still shutting it down. Sure, I get a download of a copy but if I hosted it I can't transfer dinosaurs, trade, go freely from that server to another. I have to start over but I am not going to do that. I have too much to move and not enough time to do it. WC was suppose to announce the list 3 weeks ago and it would be 10% if servers, not 33%. Every 3 months they will be filtering out more and more servers to recycle until they have wiped every server, which is what they said they wouldn't do. They just found a way to go around what they told players they wouldn't and didn't want to do. They don't care. I quit. Giving a bad review once game is officially released. Players that have been here from the start, active community members on social media. I have seen proof of it in game this morning on two servers NOT on the kill list. What would be the point if the fresh servers were connected to the same clusters that have been permanently tainted by duping and dino stat glitches? I bet he wildly overestimated the number of truly "dead" servers, so when push came to shove the financial reality was that they had to cut X number, which meant cutting ones with human activity. It's dirty. They should have waited to see after deleting 10% if any of those few players would migrate to other (not so low pop servers) before going overboard and getting rid of more thsn they said. A lot of people will quit. Their community was already here. Making the game $60 then repurposing servers is not going to bring a whole new community in to replace the community they just backstabbed.
