If you're mainly using it for gaming I would recommend building one yourself. Or have a custom pc built by http://www.ibuypower.com/, http://www.avadirect.com/, or someone similar. Buying a pre-built pc for gaming is usually not a good idea, since most of them have a couple good parts, and then the rest of it is just holding them back. And if you do find a gaming pc with good specs you are going to pay a lot more for it, then you would having one built exactly the way you want.

I like to use http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html when comparing graphics cards. Their list is accurate and updated often. And http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html for comparing CPU's.

CPU: Definitely get a quad-core Intel i5 or i7. Intel is the best when it comes to cpu's

GPU(Graphics Card): At least a Nividia GTX 660, or AMD R9 270. Most people will say that Nividia is better, but I've always used AMD and never had any complaints.

RAM: 8GB of RAM will be fine for most games, but if it's in your budget, going up to 16GB certainly wouldn't hurt, and you'll get faster loading times.

PSU(Power Supply): I would not go any lower then 750W, and anything over 850W is going to handle just about everything.

All of this really depends on what you want to spend, but anything lower then what I listed above, and it won't be long before you have to upgrade.
